New Village Sign
Artist Laura Boswell was commisioned to produce a new village sign for Leysdown. The new sign can be found on the corner of the Spinney and welcomes visitors to the village.
Laura is a printmaker and works with enamel, she has collaborated with a company called AJ Wells who specialise in enamel signs and are well known for producing signage for the London Underground.
The new village sign is bright, robust and striking, with hand painted and silkscreen imagery.
